Greenway Farms Event Venue came to life from the vision of its owners, Shawn and Sasha Conway. The home place was originally constructed in 1869 by the Greene family. The Conways took ownership of this beautiful property in 2021 and began the process of restoring its beauty for all to enjoy their special occasion.

Celebrate at Old Post 1940, a family run small business in downtown Easley, South Carolina. Housed in an eighty year old federal post office, the venue claims an organic coffee bar, surrounded by many original architectural features. The Marble Lobby has terrazzo flooring with brass inlay, Tennessee pink marble wainscoting, and an original New Deal piece of artwork. The historic site houses a Grand Hall with hardwood flooring, offering custom built wooden tables and antique wooden chairs, an outdoor wedding garden complete with church pews, spacious bridal suite, a nostalgic groom room, large deck, and on site parking. Do you have a site fee for wedding receptions at your venue? The entire venue rents for $6,100 for all-day use on a Saturday, and includes tables, chairs, neutral French Country-style soft seating, and a furnished bridal suite. The deposit to book is $3,050 (can be made in 3 payments) and the balance would be due 60 days before your event. Friday and Sunday rates are $5,100, and weekdays are $2,500, both also require 50% deposit. Clients may choose to rent only Maison Blanc Hall or The Birchwood Room separately for smaller functions. Both rooms can accommodate up to 150 guests each and rent for $3,700 for all day with the amenities listed above.

What kind of settings are available? Our unique layout allows for both smaller intimate events, but can handle a huge reception or cocktail for 300+. A private patio with lots of lush greenery, a regal wrought iron entry gate, bistro-style furniture and romantic patio lights provide a gorgeous backdrop for a wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, or private dinners.

What event services do you offer? A professional wedding consultant will help you create a custom wedding package to fit any size event, guest count, or budget. Clients may choose from an array of goods and services including flower design, bar service options, additional professional planning, DJ, finer décor details to rent, hotel room packages, and security. We can assist you with choosing quality caterers, photographers, and cake companies, but you are free to choose your own.

The Venue-Our historic landmark is nestled in the heart of downtown Greenville directly adjacent to Falls Park. The unique layout of our venue is designed into two spaces that can be used individually or together to create over 8,500 square feet of space that can accommodate 300+ guests. The Halls of Maison Blanc have white-washed walls, giant pillars, and huge black arched windows that make for a perfect intimate backdrop for your special day. The modern industrial look with subtle touches of French country compliments the greenspace of our beautiful patio. Our Birchwood Room located through the black wine cellar doors continues the industrial look with the addition of wood elements, black mid century 3-paneled doors, glass railing, and a ceiling covered in patio lights that provide the perfect atmosphere for cocktail hour and dinner. A second patio, Ember Lounge, compliments the Birchwood Room and can be used as a Cigar Lounge. So, however you envision your big day—and whether you need a small intimate space or a large party, The Venue at Falls Park is the perfect spot to create your dream wedding.
