The Venue:  Bent Creek Farm (http://www.BentCreekFarm.US) is located on 52 acres of rolling pastures and wooded trails in Upstate SC. We are close to hotels and restaurants in Anderson, Belton, Abbeville and Greenville. Our beautiful 1800 square feet climate-controlled barn has many unique features, seating for 100 (Indoors) to 200+ guests, indoor/outdoor venue. Brides have their choice of six unique sites for their ceremony including our beautiful barn and several rustic romantic outdoor private locations.  A Fully equipped catering kitchen, Bridal Suite, Grooms Room featuring a Pool Table, Poker Machine and Slot Machine with a 65” TV and is handicap accessible. Our venue includes walking trails in the trees, creeks, wildlife, birds and various plants and flowers throughout the property.

For added character and charm, we have decided to remodel a smaller barn that has been on the property since 1977 and turn it into a groom's room/extra community space. Located off I85 and Liberty Hwy in Pendleton, SC, we boast convenience as well as seclusion. Our only neighbors? The curious cows next door!

The Venue-Heyward Manor, located less than an hour from Greenville, South Carolina in Iva, South Carolina, gives a whole new meaning to the phrase – “shabby chic.” Situated on a rolling, green hill and surrounded by a forest of trees, the immense white structure entices guests to explore what’s beyond the handcrafted, stained wooden doors. With three massive windows at the front; glass, French doors lining both sides; and a breathtaking display of windows at the back, the Manor is a photographer’s dream with unlimited natural light. When the sun goes down, delicate chandeliers light up the inner whitewashed walls and mammoth, natural cedar hammer beams.

Two covered areas, decorated with magical string lights, lie on both sides of the barn, allowing guests to wander around the countryside property rain or shine. On a clear day, the silver, tin roof reflects off the picturesque pond that sits right beside the barn. In between the pond and the Manor, soft, grey pavers have been hand-laid, offering brides the ideal space for a transitional hour, unconventional dance floor or even an intimate lakeside wedding with a smaller guest list. 

A dream bridal suite lies upstairs with a small balcony overlooking the entire Manor. Inside, jeweled chandeliers, one-of-a kind mirrors, granite countertops, antique furniture, separate restroom and white fur and gold accents adorn the special space where brides will spend time with their girlfriends before they say, “I do.”

Grooms are not to be overlooked though, with an elegant “man-cave” located in the back of the venue complete with its own restroom, an antique couch, leather accent pieces and decorated with an original, Colorado elk hide.

Whether you’re looking for a rustic wedding or a Black-Tie affair, Heyward Manor is the place for all your wildest dreams to come true. “This is so much more than a barn,” are words every Heyward Manor bride has spoken, and we would agree. This special venue was designed and built by brothers Don and Jake Black and is situated on hundreds of acres of land on their wholesale tree farm- Charlie’s Creek Nursery. Heyward, an Old English name meaning “keeper of the forest,” was a title that was often given to those charged with protecting a piece of land from vandals, animals and poachers.

Heyward also happened to be the name of Don and Jake’s father and as the true patriarch of the family, he helped his sons begin Charlies Creek Nursery years ago, pouring love, sweat and tears into the land that surrounds the Manor. Diagnosed with leukemia, Heyward Black’s final dream was to see this beautiful venue finished. Two weeks before he passed away and joined his Heavenly Father, Heyward attended the very first wedding ever held within these walls – that of his granddaughter’s where he stole the show and danced the night away.

Heyward Manor is indeed more than a barn. It is the product of a very special vision that two families dreamed of and worked to bring to life. It is our home. Now, we would like to share that vision with you in order to make every bride’s hopes and dreams for the best day of their life come true.

The Venue: Edgewood Farm is an exclusive upscale event and wedding venue located on 28 beautiful rolling acres along the shores of Lake Hartwell in Townville, SC.The property consists of a custom crafted hemlock barn which accommodates 250 people and 5800 square feet of heated and cooled space and 2112 square feet of porch and patio area. The property offers stunning views and ample room to spread out. In addition to the event space, there are two custom cottages for rent, built with the wedding party in mind, an amphitheater seats approximately 200 with power outlets, and coming spring/summer of 2021, an intimate custom chapel along the waterfront which will seat approximately 100 people and beautiful walking trails winding throughout the property and along the waterfront. Great care was taken in the landscape design throughout the beautiful accents complimenting all corners of the property.

The Barn is a barn on the exterior only. Upon arrival you will drive up to a stunning portico allowing you to drop off and pick up out of the elements. Inside you will find polished concrete floors, 6 foot tall Swarovski crystal chandeliers mounted from 32 foot tall natural stained ceilings with exposed rafters, marble accents, and high end fixtures everywhere you look. The staircase features beautiful cherry floors cut and milled from trees right here on the property. The main staircase has handcrafted wrought iron railings and this design continues along the second floor balcony which overlooks the reception hall. Inside you will find a beautiful bridal suite with private powder room , grooms suite, and prep kitchen. The reception hall includes a custom built in bar with private access door for catering and bar staff. Outside the barn you will find a beautiful covered porch stretching 72 feet along the length of the building. This area features stamped concrete floors, natural finished wood ceilings with ceiling fan, hemlock columns wrapped in stone. This covered porch then continues around the back of the barn offering another patio area with hemlock columns and stunning sunset views.
